We process your personal data for the purpose of:

  • responding to inquiries and messages sent to our contact details and via contact forms, as well as arranging an online meeting - based on our legitimate interest as the personal data administrator;

  • analyze the use of the Website, as well as improve its functioning and security, adjust the way the Website is displayed and personalize it, save data from forms in order to preserve the session and facilitate the use of the Website - based on our legitimate interest as the personal data administrator;

  • pursuing and defending against claims, before and outside courts and administrative bodies - based on our legitimate interest as the personal data administrator, which is to defend our rights;

  • archiving and backup - based on our legitimate interest, which is to fulfill the obligations to maintain the security of personal data by maintaining appropriate safeguards;

  • direct marketing of products or services – based on our legitimate interest if we have an existing business relationship, and if we intend to establish such a relationship based on your consent (from the time of consent for a period no longer than until its withdrawal) (Article 6 section 1 letter f and a of the GDPR)

We process your personal data when you visit our profile on LinkedIn, post a comment, react to our entries or share materials posted by us on your profile, as well as when you send us a private message via LinkedIn. This data is processed in connection with maintaining our profile, including to inform you about our activity, to promote the events and services we organize, as well as to analyze user activity and their preferences in order to improve the services provided.

 Data processed within the LinkedIn platform are co-administered by the Administrator and LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland).   • Data processing period

Your personal data will be processed:

  • to contactWith You - from the date of their collection until the end of correspondence regarding the matter in which you contacted us or the passage of time when we can reasonably assume that we will need to contact you;

  • for the purposes of investigating and defending against claims - for a period not longer than the limitation period for claims;

  • for the purposes of improving the functioning and security of the Website- for the period for which these data are necessary to achieve this purpose;

  • for archiving and making backup copies - for a period determined in accordance with the Administrator's backup and archiving policy;

  • for marketing purposes - for the duration of the relationship between us or until consent is withdrawn, if consent has been granted to us;

  • to maintain a profile on the LinkedIn social networking site– for the period of maintaining such a profile;

 

However, each time we will process the data no longer than until you express an effective objection to their processing if the basis for their processing is our legitimate interest, or no longer than until you withdraw your consent if it is the legal basis for data processing.
