Passionate technologist and experienced financial industry executive who loves to shift the borders of what is possible with strong track record of successful innovations merging cutting-edge technologies with practical financial industry challenges.

Rafał Pracht

 

 

Prominent Quantum Software Engineer and Researcher. Graduated in Applications of Quantum Computing at MIT xPRO and recognised as IBM Qskit Advocates, the group of the finest minds in quantum computing worldwide. Experienced software architect in the financial risk management field for leading institutions such as Moody's Analytics, Deloitte, and BNP Paribas.

Anna Streżyńska

 

 

Lawyer, expert in the field of digitization and ICT regulation.

In the years 2015-2018, she served as the Minister of Digitization, creating and introducing a program for the digitization of public administration in Poland, including: mObywatel service.

In the years 2006-2012 - President of the Office of Electronic Communications of UKE, in which role she led to significant reductions in the prices of telecommunications services and popularization of Internet access.

Currently the president of the technology company MC2 Innovations and advisor at the Quantum Council IQM Quantum Computers.

 

 

Józef Wancer

 

 

Mr Józef Wancer is a graduate of Economics at the City College of New York as well as Management and Interpersonal Relationships at Webster University in Vienna.

For nearly 25 years he worked at Citibank as Vice President and senior manager in the USA, Japan, Austria, the United Kingdom and France. In the early 1990s,after a 30-year absence, returned to Poland, as an independent financial consultant, to participate in the transformation of the Polish banking sector. Participated in establishing Citibank in Warsaw, as well as the Bank Rolno-Przemysłowy within the EBRD being the largest investor.

Member of the Supervisory Board of Powszechny Bank Kredytowy (PBK). Vice President and President of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Centrobank in Warsaw. From 2000 to 2010 President of the Management Board of Bank BPH. From 2010 to 2013 advisor to the Management Board of Deloitte Poland and from 2011 to 2013 Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Alior Bank.

From September 2013 to 31 August 2015 President of the Management Board first of BGŻ S.A. and from 30 April 2015 of BGŻ BNP Paribas. From 1 September 2015 to 30 June 2021 Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska . Fom July 2021 Honorary Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A.

For his outstanding achievements in banking during the transformation period, honoured with the Gold Cross of Merit and the Order of Polonia Restituta.

Dariusz Gątarek

 

 

Professor Dariusz Gątarek is a graduate in applied mathematics from the Warsaw University of Technology.

He spent twenty years in many financial and advisory institutions such as BRE Bank, Societe Generale, Glencore, UniCredit, Deloitte, and NumeriX, specializing in valuing derivatives and designing risk management systems.

Currently, he is working as a professor at the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Dariusz has published a number of articles on financial modeling. His paper "The market model of interest rate dynamics", where the LIBOR interest rate model was introduced with Brace and Musiela, is regarded as a classic.

He is a frequent speaker at conferences worldwide.
